As a professional coach I use various skills including some counseling as well as NLP and EFT. I focus on you and what you need in order to live a better tomorrow. Please read under "My Services" below to explain more the work I do.

Languages: English
Masters in Education, Certified Professional Life Coach, NLP and EFT trained. Reiki Certification. Certified Crisis and Peer Counselor. Cognitive Rehab Therapist. Continually taking classes to better serve my clients. In September I will be taking training in The Way of The Heart using quantum physics to better rid clients of negative past experiences.
I work with men and women in all age groups helping them to put the jigsaw puzzle pieces of their life back together. I focus on the present and what can be worked on today to help with a better tomorrow. I work on goal setting, fear discovery and resolution, as well as changing negative thinking and speaking into a more positive experience. I believe that we are what we think and say. Together we will look at how fear may be controlling your life and the decisions you make. Are you self-sabotaging?
I am the owner and President of Wise Heart Coaching. I facilitate workshops on various topics - most recently on goal
setting. I also give pubic talks. I have recently written a book titled, "The Power of Goal Setting - Transforming Thoughts Into Action!"
